i've got a selection of sauces, this was just the first one to hand (plus i like the fruitiness of habaneros a lot more than the intense pain of the naga/jolokia!)

An exciting lunch of spinach/watercress salad with cucumber, peppers, ham and cheese :\ I am thoroughly sick of the keto diet and thus will be transitioning to paleo for a bit then whatever is recommended following my reading of Racing Weight.

Just had a lunch at the local Tapas place with my boss, it included a couple of bottles of wine and some brandy so I predict an unproductive afternoon...

Swooon

Epic fail for having a slice, the correct portion size for that is 'all of it'.

The slice is one & a half eggs, around 2". Very tasty, with some brown sauce as I'm a Philistine & sweet chilli crisps.

Aye, but you should see DrP's full English breakfast.... Pie !
Now that was a thing to behold and elevated the Doc's status here, to STW king of pies.
