was very lazy last night and couldnt be arsed to make a sandwich or anything else for lunch today so i'm living the high life with a pot noodle and a few slices of bread....
Met my dad for a sandwich and espresso.
I guess that means I'm living the same rock star lifestyle as you.
A friend just bought round 4 packets of mini rolls for the kids.
I've eaten a packet of them.

Called at the chippy for fish chips and curry sauce all washed down with a can Ben Shaws lemonade.
bag of microwave popcorn , tin of tuna , mulligatawni cupasoup - in that order.
bottle of bitter lemon.
Smoked mackerel, salad, humus and chilli sauce.
Peas, Asparagus, Rocket, feta salad followed by a Couscous, humus, falafal salad. Yum Yum
i've been eating too much bread lately so i made a salad last night instead; quinoa, wilted baby spinach, grilled asparagus, radish, spring onion, black tomatoes and cubes of tempeh fried with chopped chili pepper and habanero hot sauce...

I also forgot to make my lunch last night, so had a bag of microwavable rice and a bagel.
Fried pork chops, sliced apples, boiled tatties, green peas, gravy.
Totes delish.

Chickpea and aubergine curry, homemade and very nice too.
Went out for breakfast (eggs benedict) with MrsSB this morning as it's her birthday and just had a very nice home made BLT on french stick.
Remains of last nights (home made) cold pizza, mmmmmm.
Bucket of butter beans and chick peas, smoked mackerel, cous-cous, tomato, cucumber, a home-grown Scotch Bonnet and of course some rocket
Cheese salad, the sandwich of champions.
Scrambled egg, toasted granary roll, parmesan. Mm.
Tinned mackerel fillets in a ciabatta roll with iceberg lettuce, mayo and a dab of hot sauce.
Weird, but delicious.
Roast beef Vienna (WTF is with that name?) and a pack of crisps. And a bottle of lucozade sport, cos I'm a afaleet.
Innocent Caribbean Jerk Curry veg-pot, a few slices of roast turkey breast, a big tomato and a beetroot.
Eggs Benedict (made with cheating jar of Hollandaise sauce). 2 eggs for protein, a saucepan full of spinach and a slice of toast for carbs.
Yum!

Leftover tomato and mozarella sausages from last night, heated up and put in a buttie

i've got a selection of sauces, this was just the first one to hand (plus i like the fruitiness of habaneros a lot more than the intense pain of the naga/jolokia!)
An exciting lunch of spinach/watercress salad with cucumber, peppers, ham and cheese :\ I am thoroughly sick of the keto diet and thus will be transitioning to paleo for a bit then whatever is recommended following my reading of Racing Weight.

Epic fail for having a slice, the correct portion size for that is 'all of it'.
That looks incredible.
The slice is one & a half eggs, around 2". Very tasty, with some brown sauce as I'm a Philistine & sweet chilli crisps.
