Yes they do. He would have been CRB checked but only if he had a previous record would it have been flagged up.
Thing that amazes me is that he was alledged to have tried setting fire to other curtains previously. If that was the case I'm surprised he was still working there as in Nursing and Care Homes that I've worked with that would be a dismissable offence.
Obviously like the management that employed him nobody cares.

How do you work out that no one cares? Do we have to have outpourings of rage or grief for everything that is sh1tty in this land?
