Sounds like Idles but not sure it is. The Beeb's using it in the short advert for the Cup Final tomorrow.

yeah all the people in it are members of the AFgang*, they were contacted privately and asked to do a bit of a dance to be included, then when it came out it was a total surprise to all the other members.
*Idles 'community'. (fan group sounds a bit bay city rollers)
