You phone the remote desktop hosting helpdesk people to sort a remote desktop issue - to be told they cannot help as their computers won't start up this morning? 😆

I once called IT support because I couldn't open email attachments, so the helpful chap said he'd email me step by step instructions to get it sorted, which he did..... as an attachment 🙄
If you can't fix it with turning it off and back on most are bloody useless (in my experience).

Or when there was an exchange problem so we were all told to close outlook until further notice. Then an email went out saying we could all use it again...
