Any ideas? I'm guessing some pedal clip thing but I'm confused - look more like football boot studs to me.

Studs for the front of mtb shoes,
i think the other gold bits are shims.

The other bits are to protect shoe soles from (?) crank bros pedals, I think

Cheers, the idea of studs for front of mtb shoes is a new one to me..why?? Plus, anyone want them? No use to me!

They let you get some grip going up muddy banks. Work well (like a football stud)
