I've lost my much loved (!) coin purse I bought in Australia many years ago. I've not been able to find a replacement in the (few) shops I've visited.

I've found some traditional looking ones at www.lambland.co.uk
but wondered if there was such a thing as a more youthful / 'trendy' version.
Any ideas ?

Be a man...use your pockets to keep your change in. 😉

Have you tried looking on the Help the Aged or SAGA websites?

wondered if there was such a thing as a more youthful / 'trendy' version

No, because they're only used by old men. Are you going to get a beige blouson as well?

I got a new wallet for christmas, when I was back off to work after the time off the gf thought she would do me a favour and put my change in the little netted off zippy bit of my wallet. When i tried to get on the bus my oyster didn't have any money on it so I had fiddle with the new wallet struggling to get the change out of it in front of a bus full of watching people. I think it may have been the most embarrassing thing thats ever happened to me.

Dont buy a purse

real men dont carry change.... its notes or nothing.

well to expand on that here's what a real man has in his pockets:

notes
condoms
signed photo of chuck norris

before anyone says "but what about carrying ID"..... you're a real man, you should have a beard.

You have a woman's purse!

I'll wager that purse has never been used as a rowing-boat. I'll wager it's never had sixteen shipwrecked mariners tossing in it

coins and a htc desire in a pocket don't mix too well

Real men don't care about phone scratches either.
If fact real men don't carry phones in the first place.
Apart from Jack Bauer.

It's unfair to categorise them as just a gay thing.
They're really popular with caravan owners too.

I saw the thread title and immediately thought of the scene from family guy. Had me in tears.

I wish I could deal in notes only...wifey takes the notes and I get the shrapnel back.

A coin purse is the speedy option...pour a handful of coins into hand and pass to cashier...the other option is to look like your playing with your balls whilst chasing that pound coin which is hiding in the deepest corner of your pocket.

...but I draw the line at Rapha.

Why don't you get a decent wallet with a little coin holder built in?

Must be a common requirement with skateboarders too...
spitfire coin pouch
and this

...although I'm a little suspicious and perhaps it would be used to store something other than coins
