so most of my cds are boxed and in the loft, their contents all on hard drive. for convenience, he laughed, having experienced the ease of use that isn't windows media player. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it plays tracks or other time it plays random tracks with other details on them. my so won't touch it as, quite reasonably she says, it's sh*te.

is there an easier option? neither of us is particularly computer literate but this windows malarkey is having a laugh. advice gratefully received.
