A good felony? - Somebody I knew of walking home from a night out(absolutely smashed), got confronted by two men demanding his belongings. One lucky drunken swing later, one's legging it, the other's lying on the floor. Leaning against a wall to stop himself falling over, he thought about the next course of action, and mugged the guy for his wallet and watch.
