As above to go in an old car with just a 12V socket and FM radio, no aux input. Seen loads out there, from cheap Chinese rubbish to expensive ones. What's good and what features to look out for? Mainly would use it for streaming music off Android phone and maybe occasional phone call.

I got my G/F one of these FM Transmitter

Works really well and you can charge phone still.

You want a modulator not a transmitter really, plugs into the arial port and works much better. For an older car are you not better off buying a cheap Bluetooth Chinese head unit for £30?

I had one in my old Astra but only cos it had an integrated head unit, I'd have bought a stereo otherwise.

Edit: even cheaper now.. £15 stereo
