When for a late evening jog. On the way back home I ran through a field with about knee high grass.
In the house and lower legs start burning. Quick in the shower and loads of black dot type things start dropping of my legs, burning drops some what.
I’m used to pollen reactions on my legs in the summer but this was a bit more intense and defo not seen black stuff before!
Taken an antihistamine see if that does anything.

I'd be tempted to see a GP if it's tics, that amount is pretty dodgy for Lyme disease.
Have you retained one of the black dots for examination?
