I sold a brake lever and the buyer hasn't paid, or replied to my messages. 5 days now. It's only 7 quid and seems like pain to go to resloution center and all that. Can I just relist it or will I get charged or penalized in some way?
The buyer has 100 plus positve feedback. Don't want to give no one a hard time, but don't want to give myself one either.
What do people normally do?

Log it as unpaid sale and let Ebay sort it out. Then you will get your fees back.

It may prompt the buyer to pay up. Although at 5 days they may just be on holiday.

Always consider the buyer may be ill, arrested, dead...any number of possible genuine and innocent reasons.

Logging it as unpaid gives them a chance to pay up

Their internet may be jiggered for some reason. Give 'em 2 more days then relist. Don't bother negging as they'll retaliate, but you can mark as unpaid.
