Just had a new conservatory done and am looking to get some blinds. Are the ones that attach via clips between the seals and the glass any good? Or are there any better alternatives?

Pinoleum or Pleated blinds are pretty good, the concertina style ones. They can be made to fit most conservatory windows. I used to work for a company in. Cleckheaton called Amo (they run the Apollo franchise), worth checking out for made to measure blinds and everything is produce on site.
