We order a lot of stuff online including too much bike stuff. We are not part of any cash back sites, what one shall we join? Also does it need to be in the same name as the main card holder of the card we pay with?

Quidco - as said above. And no, it doesn't matter what cards you pay with when buying online. Register your credit cards with Quidco and you'll also earn cashback for some places in-store.
