Is there a funnier utterance a human being can make? The instance anyone says this without their tongue firmly in their cheek, they instantly absolutely mark their territory as a humongous prick. I heard someone say this to someone else the other day, I didn't know either of them but I had to stop and blatantly laugh in his face. Maybe I even stopped things escalating..?

Last year in a pub garden a young woman said this to a bloke who was staring at her. The bloke just replied with "what every other bloke here is looking at, your tits struggling to stay in that dress"
