Just had a bacon, rosemary and adzuki bean risotto. Very tasty it was too

Rather late for tea, what? Tea was taken some hours ago.

Dinner, however will be a rather nice ham with some hard boiled eggs, new spuds and a tomato salad.

Crispy Pork Belly with plum sauce, sushi rice and steamed kale. With Banoffi pie for pud. According to my mobile phone I burned over 3000 calories on todays ride. Extra pie for me then haha!

For Tea I had some veg soup and a bowl of special K

And Ive just had a chicken and salad sandwich and an apple for dinner.

Poor form compared to last nights large donner kebab and chips.
