If a bit of contaxt might help: It is in a copy of the 2006 Autocourse annual. The signature above is Nico Rosberg, the one to the left is Ales Wurz and the one below is Kazuki Nakajima. All three drove for Williams in the 2007 F1 season so I'm guessing that the other might be a member of the Williams team from the same era? Fairly sure it's not any driver from the 2006 or 2007 season.
