As far as I am aware gmail and ios support html messages. Anyone else had this?
I renewed my sub today as it had lapsed after my debit card was swallowed by an atm so number wrong. Decided to use DD instead to save a fiver- got this email a bit ago
Not sure why it's not rendered properly but it's nothing to worry about. That is the automatic email that our Direct Debit system send you to tell you it's been set up. I'll get Sarah to look at sending you a confirmation email manually in the morning - It's important as it has your amount and first collection dates in it so you can check it's as it should be.
