MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
Have been losing a bit of weight this year, and have been surprised that my weight hasn't plateaued at the normal plateau points.
Starting to think that I might have to think about where I want to stabilise, as at the moment my weight continues to drop. At the moment, my cycling is benefiting from lower weight - better acceleration, more inclination to get out of the saddle etc. Presumably there will be a point where performance starts to drop off?
maybe you've got a tapeworm
Always possible, I suppose....
At 13 5 at the moment - BMI of 23.4
Thinking of aiming for 13 2, which is BMI 23
When you say weight loss I presume you mean fat loss? If so keep going till you have a visible six pack.
As long as you're stressing the whole body during exercise and eating a balanced diet you'll be fine.
When people start asking if you're ill. Or when your ribs start showing 😉
What john_drummer says. When my wife and/or mother start saying I'm too skinny, I know I'm nearly there 🙂
It's all to with your willy, if you have one.
You should start to lose weight when you can't see it anymore.
You're doing OK when you can see it again.
You've gone a bit far when your willy is thicker than any of your limbs.
Age related visual degeneration may complicate matters...
HeHe... 🙂
Never had any probs seeing the old man 😉
Very few folks have noticed that I've lost any weight. At 6'3", I didn't look fat at 15+ st. At 13 st 5 I'm close to my 19 YO weight, and feel as fit (apart from aching afterwards...)
6 pack is coming along 😉 Tis true what they say - built in the kitchen, not in the gym !
Will keep going as long as I'm getting faster on the bike.
