Is there a free website builder similar to WordPress in which one can upload a spreadsheet containing 100s of company data (address, contact details etc) to a website which enables the public to search for suitable matches using basic search criteria and which those detailed on the spreadsheet, can update their data now on this website themselves - without having to update the original spreadsheet?
If so, where please?

Can't you just share the Google docs link to an appropriate spreadsheet?
[s]I'd imagine wordpress has a plugin[/s]... There is a plugin to display it on Wordpress too: https://wordpress.org/plugins/inline-google-spreadsheet-viewer/
