I went riding on Sunday and walked through 4-5 miles of snow. My feet got pretty darn cold and now 2 days later they're still tingling and a bit sore, along with my right thumb and forefinger.

I've worn warm socks and even sat with my feet in hot water last night and they're still bad.

What have I done to myself and how do I cure it?

Cat aids. You'll have to amputate I'm afraid.

😯

Amputation could be a lot more painful than I initially thought!

I got a massage last night but it was too sore to go on after a minute.

What TJ said.
Suffered the same when I went for a run in the snow without shoes earlier this year.
You might have more soreness and swollen toes to look forward to also.

ahhh yes..... chillyphalangeitis

as TSY says.... you'll need to remove your testicles.

after cutting off your balls, dunk your fingers and footfingers into a bucket of marmite.. the b-vitamins do wonders.

Trench foot. Amputate now, before it's too late.

I had that last year from cycling around in the cold. Really painful after I got off the ride, then a numbness in my toes. Went completely after a few weeks.
