We have chosen the Auvergne using the pin technique.
There is the volcano national park.
Anyone know of any good biking or open swimming there or can recommend a camp site ?
Whereabouts? It's quite a large area. There is lift-assisted riding at a couple of the ski resorts (Super-Besse is one), and lots of other trails but finding them may be easier said than done without local knowledge.
super liorent has lifts , and lots of trails . there must be campsite there too .
Whereabouts - no idea at the moment - best decide quick though - we are off on Saturday !!

Looks like there's plenty of trails out there - do some searches for VTT and see what comes up. Otherwise we've had good success in the past just asking in Tourist Info offices - they magic up lovely VTT trail maps 🙂

Absolutely loving the searching process - some of the translations that come up are great. One campsite promised "Midget Golf" as an attraction!
