I've got a piece of land I'm looking at getting valued in order to sell it and as I don't know the area need some recommendations.
Anyone had good experiences?

And if you need a good local solicitors' practice for the sale, I can recommend a property paralegal (v. reasonable rates) at a firm in (nearish-by) Beaminster.
