Looking for :

how about these?
Tick all boxes bar the NATO strap (rubber straps) I have the cheap Apeks (freebie with a sub to Dive magazine) and it's taken a few dints and dings but still looks good and is my first choice watch. Glass is slightly recessed from timer dial which protects it. Only issue is luminosity of the hands isn't very long lasting, although very bright at first fades pretty quick. Would last the length of a dive though which I guess it's what it's designed for.
Seiko SNDA65.
Obviously.
Custom Seiko diver. Heaps on eBay you can find. Classic.
i just got one of the 2nd edition Just Watch from Kibardin. It's lovely. good weight, unique looks. Still on a good price too

^^^ is horrible!
I have a Titanium Traser Commander and love it. Tough as well.
Liking the Traser
unique looks
Yes. That it does.
I've also got the eco drive citizen with 3 spare NATO's and a leather strap. It's got the bond one on at the moment 😀
I was going to suggest this but it's a bit over budget at £255:

Fantastically well put together watches.
I'd go for the Citizen posted above out of the suggestions so far.
70% off certain Torgoen watches today, I bought one of the T05 models last year when they had 50% off and I thought that was a bargain, tempted to get another at sub £100 for a £250 watch. 12 months on and it hasn't missed a beat (well it still tells the correct time!), and I think you'll find one that ticks all your boxes above -
ps.......plus an extra 10% off Torgoen watches with your first order if you sign up to their newsletter.
