Quite a few round our way in Dorset and having moved here in Oct last year we were safely out of Wasp season.
Anyone else noticing that Wasps seem bigger than usual this year or is the Dorset Wasp bigger than most?
A Hornet flew into our office today, did a quick lap and flew out of the window.
Would not want to get stung by one of them.
Maybe you have shrunk?

And yes, they do seem bigger...although is that because its queens out and about searching for nesting sites?
I found one use of Wasps, you learn Kung Fu very quickly! 😆
