Apologies for the exciting thread content...
Our 9 year old Bosch one is about to expire, timer does seem to any more and starting to make some odd motor-ey noises. Had the motor brushes replaced last year but its now time for it to go.
Probably looking around the 4-500 quid budget, any reports (good or bad) about Panasonic washers?

I spent ages reading into them before buying a couple of years ago. Turned out all that mattered to the wife was that it wasn't white. One short Trip to John Lewis for a non white Zanussi, job done 🙂
