Hi All,
I have a frame that needs to be returned to USA for repairs. The fabricator will do the work under warranty. How do I avoid them being stung with customs (think this is less of an issue) but more importantly for me.. how do I avoid HMRC asking me to pay vat and customs all over again on the value of the frame when it's returned? Is it just a matter of writing "Warranty Repair, Zero commercial value" on the CN41 form?
Cheers!
