Is there a way of mapping (or just listing) links to, from and within a particular domain, any domain, not one that you own?

EDIT: For free, ideally online but I'd gladly grapple with any app that did it for me.

You can use the "link:" syntax in google to find pages that link to a page? (e.g. searching for "link:singletrackworld.com" would give pages that link here)

does that help?
