How can a convicted murderer walk out of prison ?

Yep, he was in open. 15 years inside and almost 60 years old, probably considered low risk. (the clue is always in the wording, you can't escape from an open prison, you abscond)

I hated doing abscond paperwork when our place was Cat D, ruined your telly for about 2 hours! 😉

Mate, you want to live here near Sudbury, it makes the news if they go back [i]inside[/i] the gates!
