We need another "show me your garage/shed" thread...they're ace.

It's a supplementary "clean" shed for bikes only. All of the other garden related detritus is staying in the other "dirty" shed.

Just to be clear...I'm assuming that is a marketing photograph, not your actual shed?

pretty. doesn't look big enough to fit many bikes in though, and work on them. Where's the space for the stereo, coffee machine and tv?

That could go inside my shed!

It would fit inside my tack room, which would fit in my stable, which would fit in my garage, which would fit inside my second garage.

The biggest:

(I burned all that wood yesterday, as it was riddled with woodworm. Burned a little hot and I not have rather less eyebrow, eyelashes, beard and fringe.)

well if we're comparing girth...mine's 31ft x 15ft. No pics yet as it's still a work in progress, but it was partially inspired by previous "show me your garage/shed" threads.

I bet mine contains the largest collection of gentlemans relaxation literature though...

For balance:
* the biggest garage floods when the river bursts its banks, so it's unusable for anything major;
* the stable and tack room are half rotted; stable is the "garden shed" and the tack room houses the chickens;
* the garage leaks and one corner has dropped an inch, so there's a crack across the floor and some interesting angles going on.

It is... from www.pimpmyshed.com

Mike, you have the most sinister shed in the World. It just needs one of these.

Are you going to paint it in those girly "New England" colours?

Can you see the rope hanging from a rafter, straight above my bike saddle? A previous occupant committed suicide...

It will be painted grey. But I quite like the two-tone effect so I may do the doors in lilac.

Can we have a new saying?

"I'd kick his lilac doors in"

It'll catch on, I'm telling you. ๐Ÿ™‚

Just make sure you can't un-screw the hinges from the outside.

Nice shed, I reckon you'll be very happy in it. It's about the same size as the one I left behind at our old house last year. I brought the 9'x7' one with me cos now I've got a garage as well.
Happy shed.

"I'd kick his lilac doors in"

I think we have a few other contenders from this thread:

Just make sure you can't un-screw the hinges from the outside.

and
My wife's Beetle is RAL4003 - I can recommend it.

This last one can be modified to fit all situations:

My wife's X is Y - I can recommend it.

Please don't. Remember this is a family forum however excited you get over your new shed.

I'm feeling a bit inadequate - I don't have a shed of any sort. Anyone like to offer me some reassurance? ๐Ÿ™

It's nothing to worry about DrJ, it happens to a lot of men. The best thing is just to think positively about it.

Dr J,

Lock yourself in a room, slip on a rubber glove and go for it.

It's holding up the roof which sagged under the weight of awsomness.

Can we have a combined thread involving Sheds and those Record Vices - now that would be exciting!
