[Closed] Voice recognition software or typing services

Does anyone have any positive experiences with voice recognition software to turn a voice into typed text? Any positive suggestions and even better if they are shareware!

The other alternative is typing services, ie. send a sound file away and get a typed file back. Does anyone have any experiences of companies based over the internet or otherwise.

This is all aimed at minimising time spent typing in order to maximise time spent doing other things. It is an ongoing issue so would be an oppurtunity for repeat business with any typing firm.
