Does anyone else have these pop up on Facebook or is it just my friends that record themselves pumping iron?

People mostly do it to get a form check. Handy to point out any crap technique you may have.
Loads on my wife's feed - I'd assumed it was a crossfit thing.
Would be more interesting to watch people tip buckets of cold weights over their heads..
I've recorded to check form but would 't dream of posting on Facebook unless after a second opinion if at all.
Some of my Facebook m8s are pretty serious so do get a lot of fit bods on mine which can be disconcerting to anyone looking over my shoulder as it looks like porn an mostly gay.
It's also funny that my gay school mates keep liking pictures of gay male porn stars also with fit bods ......
Still could be worse ... 🙂
