Old shape (2008) model....

Where do you put the screenwash in?

as in - can someone give me instructions in terms that I can repeat over the phone to my mum?

It was on my list of tutorials for her last week (my dad died recently and I'm sorting her out with all the activities and accounts that were in his name of on his watch) and I forget. Darn it, hoped there'd be a manual online but can't find one.

If your in front of the car with the bonnet open its a blue plastic with a pic of a screen and a wiper on it on the left hand ( if your facing the engine ) inner wing , directly being the o/s head light !!!

Got a berlingo which should be identical. Not easy to give instructions without writing pages.
Open bonnet by pulling the red lever inside the car under the passenger side glove box towards you. Then from the out side, facing the car, lift the bonnet from the front-it will not come up. Feel under the front of it in the centre. There is a lever which you will need to lift with your fingers. this will allow you to lift the bonnet completely. Then take the shiny metal bonnet support arm which is on the front left side of the engine by unclipping the front of it and slotting that end into a slot in the bonnet. This should hold it in place. Where you have just unclipped this from there will be a round blue plastic cap. Open this and add water until it fills to the top. Put cap back on and reverse procedure. Bonnet will need to be 'dropped'about 6" to lock shut. Then boil kettle, make tea and relax.
Hope this helps, if not, drop me an email and I can explain to either you or your mum directly.
I don't suppose she is in the S Lakes, I could call round and show her.
Cheers.
Andy
