[#883089]

Waking up a few times a week in the middle of the night with my middle finger cold/very poor circulation (its still numb abit now). When this happens I wiggle it a few times and it seems to bring it back to life pretty quickly.

What gives? I imagine I'm sleeping on my side and pressing my bodyweight onto a nerve further up my arm?!

'middle' I mean little. Sheesh. I think its due to my newish gloves pressing on the nerve in my palm?

FFS, going to bed wearing gloves is hardly likely to help the situation.

Try going to bed without them tonight.

I would have thought that Marigolds were best suited to your pervy nocturnal antics.

Oh it's your small finger now ? At the beginning of the thread it was your middle finger.

Or are you saying that your middle finger is the smallest finger ?

In which case, I would be more worried about having freaky hands than poor circulation.

Sorry tiredness FAIL- I mean small finger. Freudian slip with the middle finger ๐Ÿ™„

I'm using new Endura gloves for the past 2-3 weeks and the numbness in the middle of the night is circa same period (Im hoping).

The joint of my little finger on my left hand is usually quite painful and sometimes numb.
I put this down to holding on to the bars with it and using the others to pull like hell on the brake for 95 percent of my ride (im crap)

Back to the clean world ๐Ÿ™„

Ulnar nerve compression at the elbow, as it runs over the medial epicondyle? Do you sleep with your arm bent? (happens to me, I sleep like I'm in a coffin, with my arms folded across my chest - until I wake up with REALLY numb little fingers)

Do I win?
