Do you know of a company with the initials AR that made largish (about 26" x 14" at a guess) speaker cabinets, probably in the late 70s?

I've acquired a pair and I've NO clue what they are, apart from the AR logo. Don't think they're Acoustic Research - they don't seem to match any of their models.

Photos to follow this evening. Maybe.

Must be Acoustic Research, they go way back to the 1950's when they produced the AR-1.

That's what I thought, but the logo is different to any I can find of theirs and I've been through the brochures on http://www.classicspeakerpages.net/ and can't find anything to match.

Very famous and successful in their day, my dad's old set from the 60s are still at my mum's.

They pioneered infinite baffle speakers.

Aha! They're not AR, they're AF - the top had broken off the F to make it look like an R.

So, same question as above but with the initials AF...
