Further to my previous thread. A visit to CAB, phone calls to Ofgen and an accountant going over figures, I have evidence of the following:
1) falsified meter readings.
2) deliberately changing night and day meters over, to charge a higher rate for night useage.
3) swoping bills between imperial and metric.
4) intentionally hard to understand bills.
5) abusive/bullying phone calls
I'm not paying the £500.06 I allegedly owe. Steer clear of this company. That's all.
