hi everyone thanks for looking
I need to change 3 old leaking rad valve before new carpets get fitted on sat am
ive got new trvs but when I take the old valve off I cant take the old tail out the radiator - they don't have a spanner face on the and a radiator valve key from screwfix dosnt fit inside
I can feel and see 2 little square points inside the stem is there a special key that fits this

If by 'tails' you mean the adapter that sits between the radiator and valve then you need one of these
