[Closed] Unsatisfied with local hospital treatment question.

Looking for opinions on this please. I've become very unsatisfied with the way my local hospital has been dealing with my current injury. Can I ask to be transfered to another hospital? I've basicaly been left with a broken bone that's not showing any signs of healing after 10 weeks. I've asked on three different visits now for them to operate on me to pin the bone so I can begin to make a recovery. each time I've been told to wait a bit longer and if it's not started to heel by my next visit then they'll see about the op. That was until my visit yesterday when a tried to push the matter a bit harder. I was first told that I couldn't have the op as they couldn't find my scan that i'd had two weeks ago and needed to see it first. I then showed the doctor how the two bits of bone still moved separately and he agreed that the xray they had just done showed no improvement from my first xray 10 weeks ago. I then asked again for the op to be told he couldn't offer me the op as he was not the surgeon. I asked to see the surgeon who I was told wasn't there today. The surgeon (i know who he is) then walked past the cubicle. I asked again to see the surgeon and was told he was busy. I offered to wait to see him and was again told he was busy. I explained that if it did get fixed I was in danger of losing my job as I can't work with this injury. The doctor then told me to book another apointment for next week shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Any thoughts on this from any of the medical folks on here please? Or any advice from anyone else?
