The whole Dean Gray American Edit album is fun.
The intro to American Edit is phenomenal, as is 'Ashanti's Letterbomb'. The guys who did it also previously did The Grey Album - the Beatles White Album versus Jay-Z's Black Album.
The guys who did it are Party Ben mainly; there's a whole load more on his youtube channel. I don't think any hit the heights of American Edit, but there's some interesting stuff nonetheless.
