Not sure if this has already been covered (if so I apologise) but what's all this about?
That has got to be one of the worst fakes I've ever seen! ๐
Look at some of the YouTube footage from other angles - not quite so naff!
"We see them in Mississippi all the time just like this but nothing like this one" ๐
Anything obvious about this?
The key point, for me, was that the ball stays vertically stationary for different lengths of time on different cameras. Poor fake.
Look very closely at one of the videos of the scene (can't tell if it's this one as my work firewall won't let me see it) - it's actually a video of a still photo with the UFO overlaid.
Like this one?
Weather balloon

Sky sheep.
Sky sheep - LOL!
A bit fast for a weather balloon me thinks!
The first part of the vid looks like someone videoing a screen, then someone shines a light/laser on it.
Faketyfakeyfake
No doubt made by some religious nut trying prove the existence of the one true magic fairy. Or something.
Aleins would have to be fairly intelligent to be able to visit Earth from far off galaxies. As such, I doubt they'd be particularly interested in Religion.
Edit: that was in no way meant to disagree with you Woody!
If you get multiple witnessses isn't that difficult to do if you carry out this kind of fake stunt - I'm not 100% convinced either way
