Should I just slit my wrists now, or is there anything of any cultural value to do?

I know that St Pancras is only a short hop away, but I thought I'd check with you lot first.

Bletchley Park

http://www.bletchleypark.org/

or if you're a Withnail fan, go for a large scotch and a pair of pints in the Crow and C**t (sorry mods, that's what Withnail calls it) and then try and sober up in the tea rooms (or buy Alka Seltzer, it's a chemists really). Stoney Stratford doubled up for Penrith.

Go snowboarding? Take your bike and go to Chicksands or Woburn?

+1 for Woburn. You can ride there from MK station if that's how you're arriving, or drive. I'd start from Bow Brickhill and find some routes on web mapping sites.

Else +1 Bletchley.

Failing that you're stuffed IMO

Do you know which one? Given the option I'd rather go to MK.

It's Stony Stratford! Home of the cock and bull story! Are you on the bike? Lots of interconnected parks to ride near MK city centre if you can't get down and dirty at Woburn.

It took us that long to get from Luton to MK and in to the Foo Fighters gig - even longer to get back!

Gallery, outdoor art trail, theatre, snow dome etc in city centre but a walk round Stony is the best bet I'd think. Lots of sign posted history and good coffee and beer. Quality bike (roadie I'm afraid) and outdoor shop and a library that gained notoriety for not having any books. Think we've taken some back now.
