For ios? All the ads and promoted crap on the official twitter app are driving me insane!!!

Not sure another app would help - Twitter posts the ads straight into your stream, it looks the same on their website afaik.

website version can be "worked around" by... ahem... freeloading, both on twitter, and also yahoo mail, both of which "promote" directly in to the stream/inbox.
no idea about apps, but some of the android one have become unusable since the app developer sussed out the ads api.
/me awaits deletion of this post 😉
