Ok.
You now manage your subscription from inside your Profile (it says "my subscriptions" or something similar) rather than it being a separate link. The old forum had it separated out because it couldn't cope with it all being in one place. There's no longer a toggle for adverts - if you're a subscriber then you shouldn't be seeing adverts by default (so if you are there's a problem).
If you're talking about the sidebar, that's not an advert, it's part of the forum.

No. As I said, it's part of the site. Whether that will change in the future for [P] users I don't know (though I wouldn't expect so).
If it really bothers you that much, reducing the browser width to sub-1000px will force the mobile site which has it at the bottom rather than the side.

If you're using a phone (certainly on my Android using chrome) it apparently the bottom rather than the side.
It's a side bar on a PC though.
Mines down the bottom.
