I've moved away from a carb heavy breakfast

One slice of wholemeal toast and 3 scrambled eggs seems to keep me OK for 4 or 5 hours, with porridge and the like, I'm hungry again in 2 or 3

Banana and coffee.

12 mile ride to work

Glass of water, huge bowl of granola and a mug of tea on arrival.

Currently trying to ignore talk of a visit to the bacon buttie hut at the builders merchant behind tbe office.....

Binners is correct. I'm having that after my morning ride though. Coffee and a bowl of shredded wheat with banana first.

Currently I have improved my breakfast as I now get 4 bowls instead of 3 out of a 750g box of crunchy nut cornflakes 😀 with half fat milk naturally
