OK so I updated my delivery address through the Premier Account button at the top of the site.
Magazine delivered to old address.
Since then I have been unable to get through to the subscriptions phone line, it either keeps on ringing or goes through to an answer phone message telling me I can't leave a message

Hm, that's not good, sorry about that. Mail me (address should be in my profile )and I'll pass the message over to Claire on Monday.
By the sound of it they will be looking for a new Subs Manager, get the job and then sort yours out first? Probably quicker to let Claire sort it though, she has never been anything short of excellent if I have had to deal with her.
So is Claire leaving then?
