I can't stand long eyebrows, its unecessary and a bit weired - the latest public example being Clarkson.

Late 90's I was a skinny teen on a lads holiday in Turkey, I sported an oasis inspired mop but it was too hot. Popped into a barbers for a trim, thought he understood English but 2 seconds later he was clipping my hair to a grade 1, followed by setting my ears on fire and rubbing lime onto them, it stung. Later found out my mate paid him to do it. Never trimmed ears since.
