Might be a weird place to ask but.....I'm currently apply to become a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
I've completed everything other than supply a training and development plan for the next 12 months.
As we don't really have a personnel dept at my (small) firm we don't have anything like that so not really sure what to do.
Anyone have an idea for a template - It doesn't have to be super detailed, just looking for an idea where to start.
