I'm in Glasgow city centre on 14/12/13 and would like to catch some traditional type live folk music. I don't mind paying to get in somewhere.
Has anyone recommendations as to pubs/places I could try?

Used to go to Park Bar (slightly to W of city centre) a lot in days gone past.
might be worth a look.

The Tall ship does Celidhs now. Nice and quaint and not too mental and great venue.

Park bar, that part of Glasgow used to be a bit dead, but it's probably one of the best streets for eating and drinking now.
