If it’s skirtings and arc’s etc. everbuild multi stick is very good and good value.
if you want full sticks like …. To a blanket then, sts mega strength pu adhesive.
If it’s skirting you’re sticking I’d say depends how wonky the walls are. On a new stud wall I use stixall, old Victorian terrace then grip fill as it stays thicker to get the lumps and bumps out
Don't use gripfill, it's terrible and skins over before most people know what to do with it properly.
Use either stixall or sticks like shit, they are probably the cheapest decent adhesive in a tube
CT1 is an amazing product and we use it daily, it is very expensive though to be used as just an adhesive for skirting, it's much better used as a caulk alternative as it it won't crack or shrink like shitty caulk does.

If its bare plaster, seal it first!!!
I've seen so many skirtings come loose as the adhesive is basically stuck to the dusty surface of new plaster. Stixall or something like CT1, gripfill isnt that good in comparison to the new contruction adhesives.

and the solvent will leach through in no time. I once, many moons ago, stuck some solid oak skirting to a wall as the client didn't want plugged holes, and the gripfill discoloured the 20mm thick oak. An expensive lesson....
Expanding foam adhesive is another option for those substrates. Potential to remove whatever you're sticking on if it doesn't go to plan or you change your mind at any point.
