Has anyone used them?
I ordered stuff last week - not arrived yet and not answering phone calls or emails?
Payed via Paypal so should be ok for a refund?

check carefully who you've actually done business with - theres a pretty similarly named company that seems to be a rip off merchant. Tradefix Direct seems legit. Tradefix Online not so much.
