I had my first drive of a tractor last week. A New Holland similar to this:

Reckon this a hay turner, probably a modified horse drawn one. Possibly used to turn 2 rows into one for baleing hay of ole binder for straw bales/stooks

You would think that living in a rural area, cycling 60 or so miles around country lanes I would be able to find plenty of tractor activity?
Nope not one! There was an old Fergie lying in a yard, it`s gone and all the other junk has been cleared away and a big new shed has replaced it all!!! Thought that was a dead cert 🙄
Best I can do this week is this JCB in a field near New Abbey with Criffel, a local hike in the background.
